"Their dentistry is good. I've had a great experience so far with myself and my 4 kiddos; Orthodontics on the other hand was less than a thrilling experience. I did not like the experience that I had with my oldest. Granted, when you are paying over five grand for braces, (like my husband and I paid for our oldest child) you want to make sure that you're getting a good level of orthodontic care as well as customer service. My second kiddo needed to start seeing the orthodontist as well and the customer service there was less than desirable. It seems like the orthodontics is a separate department and trying to speak to someone was frustrating, oftentimes I just needed to leave a voicemail. I don't have the patience to play phone tag in order to try and schedule an appointment that fits my schedule. If a customer calls during normal business hours, they should be able to speak to someone over the phone. Going ahead and just scheduling an appointment for a patient without actually speaking to that patient and verifying that the appointment fits into their schedule is just bad policy"

"When in for a temporary crown placement, the person I worked with was Kimmy and she was absolutely amazing. The doctor came in. He was awesome. He did his thing quickly and efficiently. The whole thing took much less time than anticipated. Everyone was super professional and very friendly highly recommended anytime."
