"I recently attempted to get care here, and was assigned a Case Manager. My conditions are vast, but the main thing is that I have an extreme fear of going outside for any reason. I was told they would do their best to accommodate me. The case manager got me setup with an appointment for a month out, then re-scheduled when it got close to time. So I waited another month. And guess what? She once again wanted to re-schedule me on the day I was supposed to attend my appointment. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. These people genuinely don't care about your well being at all. It is the worst possible service you could ever receive."
