"Dr. Brandon was always so wonderful and so great to my dog. I had brought my dog there for the past seven years but recently found a new vet because the receptionist Kim was very rude on countless times. The recent example that was the last straw for me, there was an issue with scheduling through their app, it booked on my end but not their end (which is fine, technology has it's flaws) - when I showed up for my appointment, Kim was very rude saying I didn't have an appointment and I would need to come back a different time (for a quick 5 minute anal gland procedure). I tried showing her the confirmation on my phone and she was SO rude to me by ignoring me... literally did not speak a single word to me. Called someone out to assist me because she didn't want to. When it came down to the payment, she wouldn't speak with me, tell me the total, ask if I need any future appointments or anything. I had never felt so uncomfortable over a tiny issue that was nobody's fault, other than technology. I have experienced several unpleasant encounters with her. When I called to inform her to transfer my dog's records to the new location because I would no longer bring my dog there - I have never heard her so peppy in my life and didn't ask the reasoning for my departure. Unfortunately, left Heineke due to Kim and has since found a new vet."

"Can not say enough about the staff and veterinary care. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what anyone would even think was already top notch care. We found ourselves in a scary situation today and they could not have been more thorough in their explanations, as well as their bedside manner which is very rare in the medical world. They are empathetic, compassionate and I did not feel rushed. In making decisions. They were upfront will all costs before deciding any treatments. As well as taking care of our pet, he was beyond kind to my toddler. He brought in a toy for her to play with and engaged with her as well. The facility was clean and beautiful. We will be clients for life. Thank you everyone for such kindness on a tough day."

"Heineke vet hospital is the BEST veterinarian facility I have ever been to. Their staff is skilled and kind, and Drs Heineke & Heineke are both fantastic, knowledgeable, and great at patient education. Neither of my appointments felt rushed, although I'm sure they are very busy. My boy is very old and on palliative care for his terminal health issues, and they have been nothing but supportive of my decision to keep him comfortable as he declines, when at other vets I was pressured to pursue unnecessary diagnostics and procedures that would not change his actual treatment. Dr. Brandon even gave me a great recommendation for a vet who practices home euthanasia, so when his time comes, he can pass comfortably at home. He is also typically very nervous at the vet and cries the whole time, but during my appointment today he actually calmed down and relaxed in his carrier! I think that just speaks to how excellently he was treated there. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable, which I very much appreciate as someone with lots of student loans! Turbo is so precious to me, and I fully trust Heineke vet hospital with his healthcare. I am very grateful to be a patient here."

"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Brandon and his staff. He goes out of his way to make you/ your pets experience the best he can. He always takes his time to explain everything and answers any questions you may have. I’ve never felt like I was an inconvenience or like he was rushing to get me out the door and the next in. He genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to do everything possible. During a recent surgery he and his team called and updated every step of the way so I was never wondering.
