"This place is worthless for pain management. I have had chronic pain for 10 years, and came to them looking for help. I met with a doctor who was really nice and offered me a procedure that sounded amazing. He was going to burn the nerves. I needed to do 2 testing procedures to see if it would work. They both had successful results. After the actual procedure which was excruciatingly painful, my pain was so much worse than before. During the followup appointment, I was told basically oh well and there was nothing else they could do for me. They recommended me to a surgeon. The surgeon said I needed surgery but didn't qualify, because of other health issues. I went back to the pain management clinic, hoping that at least now they would believe my pain was serious only to have some nurses aid wannabe flip out on me in some mental health episode, accuse me of threatening her and demanding drugs which I did not even mention once during the appointment. This place is a joke and I will never return nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy."

"They think you just want pills?! I was told to go to Cleveland clinic ! Several times by Dr Hefzy, ! after three months I did ! I was told from Cleveland clinic. Do not let this doctor put a stimulator in your back. ! I went back to him after he got the report he was angry with me! I have had seven surgeries ! Hips, back neck ! First time I went to him he cut my medication down to a third ! I dealt with it ! I did not want to be taking pills anyways ! I just wanted relief and to be able to have a life ! Dr Hefzy, and I got into a conversation about him, not liking what he was doing ! I am very straightforward ! we talked about government regulations ! Ect bottom line he was trying to get me off pills! Nor relive pain ! it comes down to quality of life ! And that is his last worry ! Prescriptions weren’t filled! Thank you Kim ! Death in the family son, in a coma ! I drink before I had a piss test ! He would no longer take care of me after three years ! All is good ! bottom line is Dr Hefzy does not like what he’s doing ! It’s a job, not a career ! Kim is just illusional ! I wish them both the best in life ."

Both Dr. Hefzy and Kim CNP were professional, kind, and compassionate. My diagnosis and treatment options were explained thoroughly. I can't express enough how much they helped me with pain relief. Dr. Hefzy even called on a weekend to check on me. I highly recommend this practice."
