After our puppy Cleo got spayed, they were quick and readily available to support our questions with texts and phone calls to ease our minds and ensure our puppy was healing well!! They are always accommodating and flexible to get us in for an appointment quickly and are so kind with lots of love and scratches for our Cleo girl! They are so welcoming and friendly with a clean environment - you can easily tell how much they love the animals and what they do!"

"I love PRPH and I can't believe that I have not left a review before! I took my cat here for years and they always treated us so kindly and gave my cat the best care. The entire staff is wonderful and we had such great experiences with Dr. Albrecht and Dr. Chase. Two years later, we now have two kittens now and are back to taking them to PRPH and the newly opened Cat Clinic. We have seen Dr. Ward a few times now at both the Cat Clinic (such an amazing and calm location!) and the main office in the front and we're so happy that Dr. Ward is on our cat care team! "We couldn’t be more grateful for Dr. Coyle and all the staff at Pleasant Ridge Cat clinic! We’ve never experienced such care, compassion and kindness with a vet before. Our Oscar is our pride and joy and to witness the love that Dr. Coyle has for animals is really amazing. She got down on the floor with Oscar to do his examination, and he even purred through the whole thing. She even took the time to follow up afterwards regarding his weight loss and nutrition plan. He didn’t even know he got all of his shots because he was having a great time eating treats! We are forever thankful!"

"PRPH has been my vet of choice for my cats for close to a decade now. They have been a caring team of doctors and professionals who you can trust your beloved four legged friends to be well taken care of. My experience with them has ranged from annual exam type care for my cats to urgent/critical care for my furry friends as they have encountered challenges with age. Most recently, I have found a lot of care and support from their staff to treat my oldest cat, Merlin, who was diagnosed as a diabetic. Having a separate cat care clinic now is also a major plus in my book. All in all, my vet of choice in Cincinnati."
