"I went for an infusion today I never felt like such an inconvenience to the nurse that hooked me up she was rude dismissive to worried about gossiping with co workers to be bothered by the patient never came back to check on me offer a blanket unhooked me never gave me instructions on follow up just plain out rude!!!!"

All of this stress and headache for a 10 minute conversation with the doctor which in return made us have to cancel another appointment for this afternoon. There was hardly any communication from the staff during the entire time which is the most frustrating part."
