Physicians Plus Urgent Care

"I took my 14 year old to urgent care. She had two broken wires on her braces that needed clipped digging into her gums causing severe pain. Being sat a trip to toledo where her orthodontist is would have been for not closed and she couldn't wait that long. These morons didn't know what to do about broken wires even though i told then to clip them with nail clippers. Still they were unsure and the orthodontist always said clip the wire with nail clippers if the wire breaks. We sat in the waiting room a long time with no one trying to help they weren't busy we finally left and the 16 year old brother clipped them with nail clippers. No thanks to stupid people who work at urgent care"

"This clinic and its staff are amazing! I was at another urgent care in Tiffin that informed they had just taken their last patient at 7:20. I called physicians plus and asked when they took their last patient. Myrna told me “as long as you get here before 8 we will take care of you” such an amazing thing for a mother with sick children to hear. I told her I wouldn’t be there until 7:55. She just reassured me they closed at 8. When I got there she was so kind getting us checked in quickly and making small talks with my boys. Bosco took care of us once back in the room even letting my 4 yo “help” with charting. He was so patient and helpful with everything. Dr. Manuel came in quickly but took his time talking to us despite it being so late. We were out by 8:35. Every interaction with the staff was wonderful and helpful knowing they would be working over hours. At no point was anything rushed. They sent the boys home with popsicles and even grabbed me a bottle of water on my way out. I’ve always had amazing experiences here but last night just shows the dedication of the staff. A million thank yous from a very tired Mom."

"Went to this urgent care because I was finally fed up of coughing and having sinus pressure for 3 weeks. Thought it was something viral but after 3 weeks of this I caved in and went here. Now I am 19 weeks pregnant as well and I told the receptionist this and she was kind of rude and said 'you know they're not going to give you anything right?' I told her 'even though I've been sick for over 3 weeks and now my ear is throbbing?' Like she was trying to talk me out of not waiting and just go home. I waited for over an hour, which I get that, they are busy. But when I finally get back to see a nurse practioner she looks in my ears and listens to my lungs(which I can literally feel rattling as I take a deep breath) and says it's viral. Now I get it, I'm pregnant and they don't want to give me something if it's viral but I've been suffering for over 3 weeks now! I just didn't come in on my 1st day of being sick. I go home and get worse and not even 12 hours later I go to another urgent care across town because my face is swollen,my left ear is throbbing and I'm running a 102.5 fever! They saw me and right away told me I had a double ear infection and sinus infection. Thankfully they prescribed me amoxicilan so I should be feeling better soon! Do NOT go to Physicians Plus!"

"Amazing experience. My toddler cut his finger and after calling his doctor he was in need of stitches. I called ahead and even though they can’t give medical advice over the phone they said they had rooms open and reminded me that they would be closing soon. I took my son in, waited a total of about 4 minutes and was immediately seen by the nurses. They cleaned him up quickly and played with him until the doctor was available. They were very gentle with him; he hardly cried during stitching and he was such a happy boy when we left. Very thankful for this positive experience and I appreciate the helpful staff."

"Needed some help today and as a german i am Not used at all to the US healthcare System. Staff was extremly friendly and Patient explaining everything. Had to wait a little as a walk in patient but only like 20 mins, maybe i was lucky but still good for me i guess. Nurses and doctors took good care of me and send the prescribtion Directly to a pharmacy of my choosing. Thanks again for your help"
