"Hadn't planned on getting stitches today but I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I received at Main St Urgent Care!!! My first time there and I was greeted with Happy Smiles and Attitudes! Waiting area and room was very comfortable. Wait and the time I was in the room getting my stitches was short and sweet and Valerie(np) was amazing!! I hope I don't have anymore oops' but if I do I will return there for sure!!!"
"The Nurse practitioner is amazing!! She has seen both myself and my husband in the past 2 weeks. She is professional, understanding, and actually takes care of the reason you’re there. My husband had a sinus infection for a little under 3 Weeks and after 2 other doctors have didn’t give him antibiotics because he tested positive for Covid, she actually listened to him and took care of the problem. Office staff is very nice and professional also. Thank you again for helping us when we needed you! Happy Holidays!!!"
"Today we had an excellent experience at this facility. It was pleasant from the friendly, efficient check-in with the receptionist to the end of our visit. The MA answered all of our questions, plus was very gentle and kind with my son. Unfortunately, I don't recall their names. The physician that saw my son was named Maddy. She was exceptional. Her examination was very thorough, gentle and she explained things well. She listened and asked plenty of questions. We both left confident with her care, her diagnosis and the treatment care plan she prescribed. Our whole visit took less than an hour. They even offer 100% apple juice (among other drinks) while you wait. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future if needed. Thank you all for your help in getting my son back on track."

"I have absolutely no complaints! Seems to be a nurse practitioner doing her best, along with an RN or NA doing far more than her job, including receptionist, and probably every other job in between. And yet they still get you in and out of there very quickly very efficient! I will definitely be recommending this Urgent Care to everyone I know!"
