"I have been going to Fitzgeralds’s for two years for my cat. Her medication has to be compounded. Nick in compound is very nice and helpful. The other pharmacy techs are all extremely kind. How ever I have a ileostomy bag with a government card stating the facility I am in must let me use the restroom immediately. I was at the register have never seen this girl before very young yelled NO before I could explain the situation. I started to show her my card she said no need. I explained my bag is about to bust again she didn’t care as soon as I opened the door to go out my bag busted every where that was embarrassing I had to drive home with stool all down my legs there was no reason I couldn’t use the bathroom"
