Meijer Pharmacy 1082 Ohio 28, Milford, OH 45150

"If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star I would. Worst customer service and total lack of compassion. I've been very sick and needed an inhaler that my doctor called in for me. Was told my insurance would not cover it, so I told them I would pay out of pocket. Then proceeded to tell me they didn't have it, but would have it by 10 am next day. Came in at 10 am - said it wouldn't be in until 2pm - came in at 4, was told it was running late but was "on it's way" - final straw stopped by at 7pm and very rude person told me she didn't know when it would come in. Will NEVER have prescriptions filled at this sham of a pharmacy again. Called in to Walgreens, not only was it available, but I was able to get it for 118.00. Meijer wanted more than double that."

"At 9;10 am we pulled up to the pick up window and the recording was on that the pharmacy was still closed. But we saw people in there. So unfortunately we had to park and go in. Staff wasn’t very happy this morning for some reason. The younger girl working Seemed like we were bothering her. We were just there to give her money for a product that pays her salary. Definitely wasn’t good service!! And we do spend a lot of money on the grocery side!!!"

"I have been waiting 3 days for a prescription to be filled and the messed up thing Is its because they have a question about the prescription being liquid or pill. When my paperwork says it can be either. It's been 3 days . If his infection spreads I'm suing you and the doctor because this is ridiculous. How can you hold a prescription for something that I have paperwork to show the answer and besides the fact he cant take ANYTHING BY MOUTH"

"I don't understand the low score I have been living in this area for over 2 years they've always been on time polite kind. And more than happy to help fix a prescription that you have a problem with or just give you some friendly advice on what to do. This pharmacy is amazing and I'm very thankful I have the pleasure to be one of their customers."

"I have NEVER been to a pharmacy that takes an hour to fill a prescription every time. And, I have NEVER been to a pharmacy that refuses to refill prescription 2 days early. Even for vacation. They lied and said it was against the law."
