"Constantly delays prescriptions, even when given plenty of notice, and they never answer their phone so you have to go in person to resolve even minor issues. They have straight-up cancelled prescriptions the day before they are set to be refilled because they're out, and they do nothing to notify you or remediate the issue."

"This CVS takes WAY too long to fill prescriptions. I have had to wait DAYS to get PREPACKAGED prescriptions filled, on more than one occasion. Every prescription that I need filled, I know to request it as far in advance as I can or I won't be getting it on time. As far as telling them that you really need it , and asking for a speed up they respond rudely. I was under the weather last week and the worker acted like it was out of the question that I wanted my prescription filled the day I went to the doctor. I worked at Walgreens for 12 years but recently was forced to switch to CVS because of my current health insurance. I understand more than the average customer being busy and having a hard time getting things filled in a timely manner, but this pharmacy truly has no excuse to be this slow. Take it from someone who know better!"

"One of the pharmacy helpers, Justin, was very pleasant and helpful. He assisted me with all my questions and concerns. He even checked on my insurance coverage for a specific vaccination. I rather go to this location even thought the one in Lila Ave is closer to my house. Keep up the great service Justin. And Thank you."
