"Have had 4 surgeries with Advanas Foot & Ankle. Two in 2011, and two in 2022. Dr. Bussema did great on all 4 of those surgeries removing fibroid tumors that grow on my arches, his staff is friendly, they have in my opinion jumped through hoops made from the red tape insurance world we live in today. "In July of 2018 I called this office to find out their price to get my toenails trimmed and what it would cost with my insurance. The lady said $40. So I got my nails trimmed. Four months later I received a bill for $105.14. When I called the lady said they forgot to bill my insurance. In January I received a bill for $60. I wrote a check for $40 and send it back with a note saying the lady had said the bill would be $40. I just received another bill for $60. They have not cashed my $40 check. I'm not sure what's going on but watch your wallet when you deal with them."
