"They don't care about their patients charging me 700 dollars for a abcess drainage so they cut me open with a knife which hurt and they want 700$ must be nice to get paid to cause people pain and didn't want to be cut at all that day"
"On 11/18/23 I had yearly lab work done. 2 hours after my arm started hurting. Thought nothing of it. Next day and still as of 12/22..still cannot hardly use my arm it hurts so bad in upper arm into shoulder. Patient Advocate was very nice said head of lab would call..that was Monday..this is Friday 12/22. My Dr gave me anti- Inflammation pills..does nothing. My Chiropractor says sounds like my bicept tendon was pierced. I want a phone call. This is dumb! Never before has this happened. The pain is terrible. Does anyone care?"
"Nurses were nice. Dr Fred Pfenniger was rude and dismissive. When discussing a child's pain and discomfort there should be some compassion. Continuing to ask me if we are ready to be discharged as I'm speaking isn't the definition of a good doctor. High disappointment. I spent a lot of money to be completely ignored and his back to me most of the visit."
"After my open heart surgery, I had a few setbacks. Every time I’ve needed medical attention they’ve taken good care of me. I get my blood thickness checked regularly at the ATU clinic. Mary and Kathy have been awesome and have helped me very much in my recovery."
"The facility is nice & clean & is welcoming. Staff on the OB unit is a different story! Rating them, one star is one to many. Never seen someone in the medical field treat 2 people as rude as my boyfriend & I were treated."
