"I can officially say this place, I dropped my dog off at 8 am and some arguments happened concerning them lying about the prices, so they told me they would not do the surgery, around 8:13 I took my dog back they claimed they gave him pain medication, they did not give my dog pain medication my dog don't even want to stand up, and he is breathing heavily and crying, and before the arguments happened they said that I could pick him up at 4:30, so And on tophe would have been sitting for hour sdrugged up crying and not moving this pace is a dogs HELL! And on top of that I already paid $200 dollars for scheduling the appointment not getting that back, I HOPE THIS PLACE GOES OUT OF BUSINESS!"

"Dr. Marinna Mercer-Buehrer and the nurses/staff at FCVH were fantastic. They were kind, compassionate and gentle. Dr. Mercer-Buehrer explained everything in detail and gave us several options when my mom had to let her 13 year old golden retriever go over the rainbow bridge. They didn't overcharge for unnecessary treatments or services and their rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend this facility! ❤️"

"I take to dogs to these people. A 5 month old husky and a 13 year old pomeranian. They handled both of my dogs in a different manner because they are different dogs. I love coming to fountain city. The staff is really friendly and the doctors are always helpful with questions about the dogs. I would recommend taking any animals you have here. :) I also find that they are reasonably affordable."
