"I took my mother and her cat tiger who is usually the most Friendly's cat ever and when the vet went to clip his nails he was pretty rough with him which made tiger go off he yelled at me to pick him up while he was so upset I did pick him up and started soothing him when the vet came back into the room tiger got upset clawed me to get out of my arms. The only reason I am giving that place a one star is because one of the vet techs was so kind to us. The vet was so rude I left that place in tears. This place is so awful. My mom will not be going back to this vet. They need to keep that place cleaner."

"This used to be such a great vet. You could walk in and get seen whenever you wanted on most days. That was before covid. During covid they like everyone else changed ways which I totally get and now you u have to make appointments to be seen. Problem is that they only have one phone line and if their doing credit card transactions or one the phone with someone the line is constantly busy.l and you can never get through. If you do manage to get through, you have to be scheduled like 3 weeks out bc half the time there's not a vet in. I don't even understand how you feel about can be open if there isn't a vet on site. It's too much work to be seen there now."
