When we moved from FL to Minster OH, the first vet I found seemed to care but she killed my Cairn Terrier with a medicine. "We took one of the roaming cat's into to be fixed and obtain shots. The staff was very helpful. Recently, we adopted one of the stray kittens in the neighborhood and took him to Troy Animal Hospital for his screening, shots and soon being fixed. They staff listens to your questions and provide thoughtful responses. Very convenient location for us as well."

"My dog went in for a new patient appointment. She received two different injections and a nail trim. She is only 7.3lbs. My husband took her home and not even an hour later he calls me saying that her stomach was swollen, her face was swollen and her eyes started to close, I make him take her back to the vet. They told him they overdosed her and she has to stay for three hours. I called around 3:30 to check on her. They said she's okay but the doctor wants to keep her for two more. You pick her up about 5PM and they bring her out, don't say anything to me about what they did or symptoms I should look for. Nothing absolutely nothing."
