"Dr. Bean and his associates took great care with our dog Tink last week. We arrived at just after 3am on Saturday night after Tink collapsed suddenly. They were quick and efficient in identifying the problem of a ruptured tumor. When asked what the treatment options were we could do surgery or euthanize our poor Tink. We opted not do the surgery as the risks outweighed the few benefits. They allowed me to phone my spouse and have our other dog her littermate come to see her off. And while we are still grieving for our Tink, by allowing her bonded brother Rudy to be present, we feel this gave him some closure to their life-long bond. He is adjusting well and we are so glad."

"Friendly staff. Very clean rooms and lobby. Dr Bean was very kind and caring. My grand kitty lost the end of his tail. Had to have a partial tail amputation. Everyone was kind and understanding. My daughter in law was a wreck and they helped put her at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Poor pup hurt his toe. My vet couldn't get him in until after the weekend so we headed to MedVet. Their process was smooth and they got us in quickly. All the employees were friendly, helpful, and SO kind to my hurt pup. Cost was higher than I'm used to, but for a 24-hr facility it was worth it. Took quite a long time to get back with us after x-rays. Those are the only reasons for not 5 stars. I'd definitely go back again for emergency care for my pup."

"Until the excellent care of my Benjamin Theodore, he had a really bad ear ache in both cent years. They got that cleared up really quick. And they treated him when he was attacked. I can't truly thank them enough. He's smiling he's all better. God bless and our love"

"From the outset, my experience was disheartening. The veterinarian I initially interacted with, Mr. Bean, seemed to jump to extreme conclusions about my dog's health without a proper examination. They suggested that due to his age, euthanasia should be considered immediately, and they painted a bleak picture, even stating that taking my dog home might lead to his demise. After further examination, and $600 later, it became clear that my dog's condition was not as dire as initially suggested. He was diagnosed with a simple cough and prescribed cough medicine. However, what truly distresses me is the unnecessary sedation and x-rays that were administered during this process. Not only did these procedures prove to be unnecessary, but they also resulted in injury and trauma to my beloved pet. Furthermore, the prescribed medication had adverse effects on my dog, making him quite ill. The entire experience was profoundly traumatizing for both of us, and I cannot express how disheartened I am by the way this situation was handled. As someone deeply committed to the well-being of animals and with a background in health and wellness, I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of care, compassion, and professionalism displayed during my visit. I believe that every animal, regardless of age, deserves to be treated with the utmost respect and given a thorough, thoughtful examination. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further to ensure that such incidents do not recur. Our pets are cherished members of our families, and it is our responsibility to ensure they receive the best possible care."
