"It's impossible to get ahold of the managers or to get an application they do not answer the phone and do not answer the door when you try the office. The apartments themselves are nice. From what I have seen. But how is anyone able to rent if you can't get an application"

"If I could do 0 stars I would. The only thing I would say is the apartment looks nice. But half the stuff breaks in there and they refuse to fix it. I would never live here again! The manager on site is very rude and accused you of things. She try’s to ruin people records. They falsely advertise too. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here."

"Honestly my apartment was beautiful and I loved it. What I didn’t love was that living in the basement came with a terrible sewage smell on a regular basis, flooding, and sewage moths in the laundry room and the washers barely worked. Not to mention, the ancient pipes caused a disgusting sewage back up in my apartment twice. The property manager when I first moved in was great, then came the original property manager who was/is absolutely terrible. She doesn’t care about that building or the tenants. Only about money obviously. If you call she claims she’s not in the office. It’s very hard to reach anyone. I can say that maintenance will always show up if needed. But living here is definitely a 1/10. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Im not sure how to rate this place. It is renovated and has been fixed up really really nice. I filled out an applicaiton and called them back a week later only to find out that I supposedly make too much money to live there... the rent is $529 a month yet only people that make under $30k a year can live there.... how does that make any sense.. to word of caution if you are single and make a peny over $29,999 a year dont bother."
