"My wife took a course at Scarlet Oaks in 2019. She worked hard for the certification exam for 15 days but her phlebotomy teacher send an email and didn't allow to take her exam at the last day of the course because my wife is not qualified to take the exam (!!!) We paid $1400 for this course but she couldn't take her exam. Terrible and very rude teacher. Don't waste your time and money with this place..."
