"The amount of teachers that quit and/or are terminated is far above the norm! If this happened to any department in my centers I would fire the entire leadership. Zero stars would be my overall rating. The teacher satisfaction rating has to be a -10, and that is being generous! The teachers are overworked and underpaid, and this entire organization is so top-heavy that I expect the building to capsize! Fire the senior leadership. Put people in there who can make a positive difference with the teachers and staff or you are looking at a mass exodus. Get rid of all the directors and so-called senior team and pay these teachers what they are worth. . I know several teachers there and several are planning on leaving VERY soon. What are you going to do then? Will your bosses, bosses, bosses come down from their ivory tower in Columbus to teach the children? The leadership in this school is lacking and I would never, ever send my children there. There is no discipline. Students roam the halls whenever they desire and yet, teachers get in trouble for bringing it up! For example, you allowed a child to tear a water fountain off the wall and then yelled at a teacher for bringing it up! This a is the type of school you run there. I have many, many many more examples if you are interested. But you won't be if history is correct."
"If your choosing this school thinking it is better than Mt.healthy school district, you are wrong. My daughter attended for 2 years. The teachers have no control over the classroom, most of what she learned I taught her at home. I was told my daughter had a problem focusing, ughhh yes she did. When you have kids pulling their pants down in front of there computer screen and "twerking". There was also a threat of bringing a gun to school made by an upper classmates which was disregarded and not parents were notified. I didn't realize until I enrolled my daughter in a new school, just how terrible this school really is. I don't blame the teachers for not staying."
"ZERO STARS. We've turned in numerous incidents to the staff via phone calls, text messages and email concerning bullying... yet nothing has been done. In fact, the principal acknowledged that he can not guarantee safety for the children under his supervision. The same principal doesn't send his own kids to the school he is principal at. The end resolution, the principal agreed to have my child attend a partial day in which she is attending 3rd grade classes (shes in 2nd grade) because that teacher is able to keep her safe. I normally keep pretty quiet. But it seems the sleeping giant has been awoken. I'd love any of you who have kids... or know my kids... or just don't like bullying... to reach out to the administration of this school and tell them to address bullying. This school advertises that they've had ZERO issues with bullying for the school year... when in fact a child in Kids class was bullying another child and broke his arm. I guess they failed to report that? This place is a joke and needs new administration. ** Update on this review... ** I met with the Mr. Timothy Baggs and his supervisor the superintendent Mr. Wagner after I had contacted channel 9 regarding the bullying. Channel 9 was interested in doing a story but was refused comment by the school. Strangely enough the school wanted to help at that point. In the meeting they vigorously denied that any bullying ever occurred and only insisted that they were doing everything possible. The meeting was a joke, the entire administration is ran by folks that don't know what they're doing. I've met more than a dozen parents who's 2nd and 3rd graders can't read. I spent a day in a class room and is chaos. Kids climbing file cabinets, climbing in windows, jumping off desks... This place needs closed down. I was lucky enough to move my child to a different school this year after watching them Do literally nothing to help my child. I hope the other parents can do the same and get their children into good and effective schools."
"I wish I could give this school 0 stars! This is the worst school I've ever experienced. They take more days off than any other school and to piggy-back off of other comments on here, they DO NOT teach your children anything! My son is in the second grade and after their 1st winter break, their teacher quit. Typically, a sub would come in until the job was filled but not this school. They were sending 2nd graders to kindergarten classes! Of course they wouldn't tell the parents this was going on. In September, I was deeply concerned about the class being chaotic every time I would call to speak to their teacher so invoiced my concern to Tim Baggs the principal. He sounds very caring and concerned over the phone and you truly believe he's going to investigate. He even said give me a couple of days and he will follow back up with me. Took down all my phone numbers. NEGATIVE! It's February, and I still haven't heard from him. I had to threaten them by saying if someone do not call me by 12pm (in January) I would involved their Boss Mr.Wagoner the superintendent. Received a call at 8am! I can go on and on about how horrible this school is. My advice, send your child to a school where the faculty actually care. I'm moving out of this district to send my child to a better school. This school is a joke. If they don't want to change the faculty, it should be shut down! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL"
