"This place has went down hill in the past year food is always cold when i go and I got something on December 5th my chicken was cold and the fries was beyond cold and hard and the employees extremely rude like it needs to shut down or get better workers cause I am no longer going there after multiple bad experiences here."

"Never made it to order, nobody cared that I was standing waiting after reviewing menu 5 times looking for French fries. I thought I had to hurry because I could not find the fries on the board. Even after all of my delays nobody bothered to say hello kiss my @ss, nothing. IF YOU WANT MY MONEY, YOU NEED TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT. THIS LOCATION CLEARLY IS MISMANAGED, EXTREMELY MISMANAGED. as if the employee who was on break in the lobby, didn't notice me. And could have relayed to somebody that there has been a customer waiting an excessive amount of time. I guess he doesn't value his job."

"Ordered a spicy sandwich combo, mac and cheese, fries and coleslaw. One of the only places I will eat coleslaw at and the mac and cheese is amazing. The fries aren’t as good. I also ordered the new spicy wings and was disappointed. Very tiny, big box and waited a long time for them. Service was very friendly though and the store was clean"

"Found hair in my food & tried taking it back earlier today but they tried making me food again when I clearly didn’t want it then told me they were going to call the cops on me after I showed them, brought the food back, with my receipt. This place is ghetto & dirty I clearly had braids in my hair but either way the customer is always right I just wanted my refund why would I want to eat at a place again if I found hair in it?"

"Ordered for quick pickup. Scheduled for 5:00. Got there and said needed 20 minutes for extra crispy. Told them I'd come back. Went back at 5:20, said need 7 more minutes. Decided to wait in store. Girl came over, apologized, and said needed 15 more minutes. Ended up taking original recipe. Even though I had a long wait, they were very friendly about it. They did give me an extra piece."
