Lakota West Freshman School

"LWFC is a decent school, but it has the same problem as main campus, but on a much more concentrated and extreme gradient. As a student, you have seven periods as opposed to the six of the main campus. The building layout is confusing to say the least, and the hygiene is atrocious, with roaches showing up in the hallways. The social situation is the same as in main campus, with this grade being secluded for a year, ensuring that the students know absolutely no sophomores, juniors, or seniors, and giving the students a very hard time in general. The teachers are decent at this building, but aren't as good as the ones at main campus (from my experience.) The saving grace for this school is the influence Butler Tech have had in the elective courses at this school. Butler Tech's classes are fantastic with teachers to match, and they really help bring the atmosphere up. The academic situation is similar to that of main campus, where there are kids who just don't care and kids who care immensely, and this creates a large social gap between the two blocs. Overall, a bit of a more disappointing year, but still not terrible. -Avery Storer"

"I went to this school when it was the only high school that Lakota had. There was no East or West and the only thing we had were cows acrossed the street to look at. Lol haha.It was the best time I have had. One reason is that I met my wonderful wife here when she was just a freshman and I was a junior. We are still together today. 28 years later."
