Long John Silver's | Taco Bell

"First person who came to take our order was very rude to us. The person who took our order wasn’t as bad as the first, but could tell she didn’t want to be there. We waited for at least 20 minutes and we were the only ones in there. When we got home the food was so gross and greasy that we couldn’t even eat hardly any of it. All the hush puppies were hard and would have broken our teeth if we would have tried to eat them. The fries were coated and smothered in grease. Picture below of the fries and a couple of the hush puppies. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 ⭐️!!! If I could I wouldn’t even give it a 0 ⭐️!!!"

"This is actually the first review I think I’ve ever given. It was pretty bad. So I’ve gone to this location in the past with no issues but recently it’s been bad on both sides. 1 night going by and decided to stop by long John silvers. Ordered a fish dinner added a piece of chicken. Great food. There was a guy that seemed to be the manager that night. Go back about a week later for same order. Fish was pretty much cooked to nothing, chicken was also over cooked and hard, hush puppies were crackers they were so over cooked. Barely able to eat any of it. So last night I stop by to get Taco Bell. Girl at window was great but see the same lady I’m guessing is the manager. Got 2 burritos and a drink. Both burritos are cold and I’m guessing never heated because the cheese wasn’t even melted. Now I’m not sure who’s at fault but both times this particular lady was working and I’m guessing overseeing everything it’s been terrible. I’m gonna test it and stop in again when I notice she’s not working and see if that’s the issue. Problem is it’s only long John close to my house and I do like the food"

"Went beyond being nice Hats off to the courtesy extended on my wife and I even though I am responding on her email. Food was excellent as well. Had the crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza."

"Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 fish dinners. Update 7/29/2023 I went back again big mistake, drive thru line was backed up. Once I ordered couldn't pulled forward for a few minutes. I ordered a craving box for my friend and they got her order correct. Mine they forgot the $2.59 coleslaw I ordered. The fish was adequate and french fries soggy plus the huppies very dry. I will include photos of mine and proof I paid for coleslaw and didn't get it."

"Amazing customer service, so polite, didn't rush us to order, fresh hot food, brought the food out to my car with a big smile and was happy to do so. 10/10 for sure. Thank you"
