New Berlin Brewing Company 1664 North Main Street, North Canton, OH 44720

"I left this restaurant thinking, "That was ok, but I really want a redo." I know how to make better decisions after considering my first experience. First, I absolutely must spend the extra money to get the bigger pretzel. Secondly, I arrived thinking I wanted to try new things when I should've stuck to the German food I was familiar with. I ended up getting a Beirock Flatbread. While I'm sure some would find it delicious, I felt overpowered by the cumin seasoned meat reminding me too much of taco meat. The Sauerkraut balls had bratwurst in them (also not my cup of tea) and were a little cold on the inside. The beer cheese was phenomenal. The alcohol options are plentiful, and the waitstaff are kind and attentive. I would like to come back for a round two and plan my visit the right way."

"Our Waiter (the gentleman with the ponytail) was outstanding in every way....very accommodating and informative. I wish I could have service like that all the time when I go out. I purchased a 'body by Spätzle' t-shirt for the memories. The Sauerkraut balls were absolute fire!!! I got a flight of bier and all were outstanding especially the Kölsch! My friend thought the schnitzel was a bit overcooked, but everyone left MORE than satisfied. I could have literally cried it was so good. I hope this establishment is here to stay for my next visit to Ohio."

"To start off with, the wait time was great given it was lunchtime. We got seated right away and decided to take a patio table. Our server was very timely and polite. The apps and meals were very tasty and decent size. Their beer was also very good, which was the whole reason to try this place out. The brewery was very clean and organized as well. I do hope they end up putting some type of music outside along with some decorations. Other than that, this place is a must go and will be a regular for my family and I."
