"I used to like going to this location but the past couple of times (including today) order was wrong and took 15 minutes on the phone with them (where i was first told after 5 minutes of talking that the manager would call me back at another time and I said no I'm coming to get the correct food now) for them to agree to possibly refund what they charged me for and recharge me for the correct food I ordered and then give me what I actually ordered. which left my food at home getting cold for 45 minutes wasted gas and no sorry. by that point they should have at least said sorry if nothing else She was so rude and didn't care that she was rude what's funny is I wasn't mad that they messed up I was mad with everything that came after the fact I don't know a good place out there that wouldn't at least apologize and if their customer has to go through all that refund and give them the correct food. Of course apologies would be just fine but none of that happened."

"Not a good experience at this location the lady with the dark hair behind the counter was rude and lack customer service skills she was not pleasant at all. 1st She was sitting in the dinning area when I arrived. She got up went behind the counternot properly greeting me...She and took my order. I ordered the gyro extra meat with a order of jalapeño poppers after paying for my order she headed back to the kitchen and started to prepare my food not once washing her hands. I took a seat in the dinning area to await my food order. She went into the kitchen area moment's later she returned back behind the counter and remain behind the counter and just stares at me as if I was something she had never seen before.. Or as if I wasn't supposed to sit in the dinning area. And wait on my food. As a woman of color that made me feel really uncomfortable, So I started scrolling through my cell phone after looking up from my phone .Our eyes locked again. After the stare down between her and I, a couple of seconds later a man walks in from outside goes straight into the kitchen and immediately started completing my order he never washed his hands either. I didn't like how she handled my food period. That is very poor customer service. Not to mention that staring is rude very rude... I will Never will stop at this location ever again."
