"My boyfriend and his brother literally scraped our money together for a hot meal but received very cold and dried out burgers. Very cold fries and nothing was customed how we ordered it through the app before picking it up ourselves.. We were even shorted a sandwich."

"Extremely burnt bacon and the smallest pieces of lettuce was used for a bun substitute, will not be returning to this location, location on Howe Ave has been consistently good idk why I even tried this location"

"It used to be Wendy's was a consistent in it a good product, service and cleanliness but that seems that is unimportant. The hostess was friendly, but that was the best part of our recent experience in the Graham Road location. Our fries were cold, no ice in the pop machine, no ketchup in the dispense, no napkins, and there was only 1 other person in the place and it still took 10 minutes to get cold food. It's totally unacceptable."

"Terrible service, ordered 4 bacon, egg, cheese croissant, was to 19$. Bacon was burned and the cheese melted so bad that you couldn't find it anywhere, I think there was swiss cheese on it, had to wait in the parking lot for my food, bc it took to long to cook and where was my croissants ??? They used quare buns, food was nasty , took a few bites and threw it in the trash . Wendy's shouldn't be cooking breakfast, apparently they don't know how"

"Relentlessly terrible. Unapologetically awful. They will wear you down with bad service. If you want to torture yourself with consistently wrong orders, cold food, wasting your money, and mishandled recovery opportunities, then here, my friends please find the most poorly run Wendy’s of them all. I never give bad reviews but I would give them negative stars if I could."
