"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! I made an online Togo order , because you couldn’t call it in . I ordered the chicken critters with ribs . This was so disappointing, for such a big name restaurant. They gave me 1 1/2 chicken strips looked like someone took a small bite out of , I ordered 2 sides of fries I only got one and they were soggy , they never gave me my salad as one of the sides and the ribs were old and burnt. This place should be ashamed of the food they gave me. It was not edible. You have a better chance of getting better food at a drive through than this place. I’m so disappointed. What a WASTE of MONEY and time."
"As usual, definitely didn't disappoint! Used my birthday reward from the VIP club and got a free appetizer! We had the Cactus Blossom, Smothered Chicken & Grilled Pork Chops. Everything was done perfectly, and came out hot. Our server was on top of it with drinks, rolls and whatever else we asked for. We honestly couldn't have asked for better service, Marcus had it happening and done it with a smile! My heart belongs to the Texas Roadhouse :)"
