Red Lobster

"We were a party of 6. Two of us got the all you can eat shrimp. Two had the blackened chicken Alfredo. One had the fish sandwich, and the last had the crabs. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The new salt and vinegar fried shrimp were very delicious. We also got 2 appetizers, the cheese sticks, and the crab dip. They need to put more chips on the crab dip platter. The only low point in our experience was our waitress. Very unattentive, we had to ask others to get her to get refills."

"I got the mozzarella sticks for the appetizer, then the fish and chips. The mozzarella sticks and the fries were both OK, about the quality of something from the freezer aisle at the grocery store. Coleslaw was a little too heavy on the mayo, but that could be personal preference. The fried fish was incredibly greasy and kind of rubbery with little seasoning. The cheddar biscuits were good though. This restaurant is kind of pricey, and for that much money you can go somewhere with better food. It just doesn't make much financial sense to eat here."

"If 0 was an option my rating would be 0. My husband and I got there at 1230. I waited for 10 minutes for a hostess to greet us only to wait an additional 10 minutes. We were seated and waited 40 minutes drink never came and neither did the food so we decided to leave. A manager never came to say anything. I've been coming to this location for over 30 years and have never had poor service. I will never return and I do not recommend this location. I am a retired Nurse Manager and customer service means everything!"

"I went Red Lobster to celebrate my wife's birthday and ordered Ultimate Feast and Seafarer's Feast..Both of them were awesome and delicious. I also liked their environment and hospitality. It would be perfect if the prices are a bit lower. But overall we enjoyed the time being there."
