"My last visit here (Nov 2023) was as a delivery driver. I will no longer accept deliveries for this location. Fast food deliveries often don't pay much to begin with but, if everyone hustles it can be worthwhile. At this location when I walked in there was a customer who had been waiting a while ahead of me. An employee standing around....and the delivery that I was waiting for was in my line of sight but BACK IN THE FOOD PREP AREA!! It was closed up, ready to go. No other customers in the store. She finally gave the customer that was here before me his order and walked off. I said "excuse me, I just need this [name of delivery app] order". She snapped back that I didn't need to yell (I was not yelling, just trying to get her attention). I watched her walk back, fix her ponytail and THEN come give me her order. Between what the customer tipped and delivery app paid, I made $5.00 on an order that took nearly an hour from the time I accepted it to completion. All the other locations have been busier and still had the orders ready or nearly ready, the order given to me promptly (or on a pickup shelf) and with employees that know what it means to hustle. I WILL NOT deliver for this location again."
"The food was served fast and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. We dined in at this location and it was close to lunchtime. Some of the tables were a bit messy but business was steady for them. The food was great and wasn't cold. Extra points for sweet tea being tasty and not gross like some McDonald's!"
