"I was here as a delivery driver. I didn't know about this location. If the food is as good as the other locations I've been to, then this is a great addition! My reason for not giving a full five stars is because, while I haven't had to wait long, the staff always look mopey and hungover. I mean, it is near AU, but c'mon, get it togethe man! Lol"

"When I first got my food it was good fries was hot and crispy and the burger on the outside looked good up until I bite into it and the meat itself was "Sweet". Like out of all my 18 years I know what a burger tastes like and yes I did add mayo and bacon but I wiped all that off and still tasted the sweetness in the meat and it also had a chemical after taste to it. Swenson do better. 0/10 would not recommend."

"I typically get my food delivered via Uber Eats from here and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the food quality. As a frequent visitor of Swensons, I have come to expect delicious burgers, crispy fries, and refreshing drinks. However, the food I received at this location was nothing like that. The burger was dry and lacked flavor, the fries were soggy and cold, and the drink was watered down. To make matters worse, this location has consistently failed to fulfill my orders correctly. Every time I have ordered from here, at least one item has been missing. It's incredibly frustrating to spend my hard-earned money on food that is subpar and to have to constantly check my bag to ensure that my order is complete. In comparison to other Swensons locations in the Akron surrounding areas, this one falls short. I would highly recommend staying clear of this location and visiting the one on S Hawkins and W Market instead. The difference in food quality and customer service is night and day. Furthermore, I have reason to believe that this location is a "ghost kitchen", which may explain the poor food quality and incomplete orders. If you're looking for a delicious Swensons meal, I suggest you look elsewhere."
