Hardee’s

"I thought this place wa supposed to be a fast food place....I went I to order...was the ONLY customer in the store... Ordered the big cheeseburger combo and added a shake. It took 17 minutes for me to receive my order.... Minus my shake... After reminding the lady that took my order that I hadn't gotten my shake yet, she said " oh sorry, I forgot about your shake"...... It took her another 7 minutes walking around dragging her feet....24 minutes to get out the door...."

"Food was as food as I expect from Hardee's. However the bathroom was kept blocked off and I did not feel like a valued and welcome customer."

"No cars. Two people sitting in dining room. Doors locked. No eye contact when attempting to enter. Went to drive thru…nobody speaks. Pulled up to the window…abandonned. As we start to pull away, woman in hoodie struggles to open window. “Are you open?” “Yes.” “How do we get in?” “You can’t.” “Ok. Thank you.” We are unsure if those in the building are employees or customers that got locked in when restaurant was mysteriously shut down. Someone may want to check."

"It was okay. We went because in California there is Carl's Jr. They are supposed to be part of the same chain, only on the east coast. Carl's being on the West Coast. While the menu was similar, there were some items that were not available. The food was decent. And the service was good."

"I'm done with this place, not sure if it's lack of staff/management, etc....but it's nowhere near as good as it was when they opened. I had a few good experiences here then it seems lately it's just awful. Stuff missing from bags, orders not being made right, it's many things contributing. This was the last straw, $22 for chicken tenders, fries...only to see a container full of scorched meat. As soon as it was opened, you could smell the burnt coating. Either they were overcooked from the start or they were put back into hot oil to re heat them...at any rate, I'll never waste my money there ever again."
