"My order was very small and I was told to pull up to the window to wait for my apple pie. I spent 10 or more minutes waiting at the third window for an apple pie. While waiting I saw a worker run outside and deliver food to the car that ordered after me. Furthermore, after waiting for what felt like eternity the worker opened the window and handed the food with a smirk on his face, which made me feel neglected and not taken serious as if I hadn’t just spent my own money at this establishment."

"I went through the drive thur about 8ish or so on 12/17/2023 . The lady who took my order was nice I pulled up to the second window waited 20 mins for then I beep my horn big black dude in pink hoodie came to the window and made a poor excuse why I waited so long . Then my fries was cold. Then waited another 10 mins for my smoothie. Then I walk in a young white women fix my order then in the process of waiting for my order in the pink hoodie dude was running his mouth about me then a black lady chubby with fuzzy headband was like the customer is right there and customers are always right. Then continued to have an attitude and talk trash about me The fact of the matter is who is right and who isn’t the fact of the matter is the service growing up fast food and restaurants means you get your food and get out. Also not to mention the car that was behind me was still out the window after being in the restaurant for another 20 minutes. Being disrespectful and acting like an @$& isn’t good customer service or running a restaurant or franchise and employees like this makes customers not want to come back and wouldn’t have complaints like this . I could have easily been just as disrespectful as he was but I didn’t feel like going to jail . With this being side I will be calling the store manager also a nice call to file a complaint with the Main office so merry Christmas and enjoy your compliment."

"I honestly never seen a employee skip customers purposely payment card snatched and slammed the drive thru window. As a passenger I witness my African AMERICAN friend go through that harsh treatment. I honestly felt bad for him. She completely ignored him and never even apologized. What's crazier she didn't even started off with a warm greeting. I told the next window about the situation. He was like their nothing he can do about it. I reported it to corporate. Still waiting on the callback. Avoid the morning shift they are so mean there. The lady in the picture she shouldn't even be working there. They team up against paying customers. Without customers their is no business at all."

"Zero stars. Even less common sense or respect towards customers. They’ll mess your order up,charge you for it,then telll you to pay for more food. Hard pass,I’ll drive across town from now on with that level of incompetence. The manager heather is about as helpful as a wet paper bag."

"Will not ever come back. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was soggy without Mayo. I added my own mayo. Why would they create this bag for this sandwich...The sandwich was not crispy...no pickles...I was in such a hurry to get home and eat I did not check my food before I pulled out of the drive-thru!!! The fries were good!!!"
