"I ordered 6 Louisiana and extra fry seasoning on my fries. I get home and check my order, the fries have no seasoning and they gave me plain wings. This has happened more than once, the order is NEVER right. This place sucks."

"I ordered $52 worth of food for carry out. I picked up food, thinking it was going to be great my son says it’s very good, got home and was missing 3 orders of French fries so I called and asked that either they deliver the missing order or to refund my card for the missing fries….they weren’t able to do either, they don’t deliver and they don’t do refunds at all on anything. Ever. Will never be ordering here again and it was my son’s Birthday dinner he picked."

"A friend and I came in yesterday 01/10/23 around 6pm. A man named James began to take my order, he immediately had horrible customer service and a nasty tone of voice. Afterwards, my friend began to order and he was upset because he had already pushed my order through due to his assumption I was ordering alone even though I came in with and was standing with my friend. The order was very simple, James had an extremely hard time comprehending the order even after repeating it several times. He then accused my friend and I of drinking saying he could “smell it on our breath” when I corrected him after he accused us of repeatedly changing the same order we had repeated SEVERAL times. I’m a 23 year old woman who chooses a sober lifestyle, I was also the driver. My friend, over aged 21, had been drinking which was none of James’ concern. Needless to say, we left the restaurant and took pictures of James for corporate while comparing his body build to Mike Wazowski from Monsters Inc. James, you should never work in customer service again, you’d think a middle aged man working at wingstop would be more humble."

"You could definitely tell it was their busiest part of the day. This was my first time visiting the establishment after seeing an ad on Google about their 20-pc deal. I do wish there was a better way to mark what sauces are what when you get multiple. Overall it was a good experience, the atmosphere could be improved upon. Not bad, I would come by and try it again. I was most impressed at the heat levels of the sauces but overall enjoyed going back to the sweet-citrus Hawaiian."

"Ok. My honest review. New chicken sandwich was decent. It didn't have any gristle, but was almost too tender... A little suspect there, but again, decent... The fries were ok. Got them with the lemon pepper seasoning. Didn't order them extra crispy, which is an option, and probably should have. But now the wings... Definitely not bad. They were tender and had a decent crisp, but generally on the smaller side. They did, however, give me more flats, which was a huge bonus. However (again), their hot sauce has enough Red 40 dye to last me a month... It was too much and Corporate should take note of that. Giving a 4/5, but their current rating feels close. Definitely not a 3; that's too low. They are closer to a 3.8. This is basically what you would expect from a fast food wing joint and good for what it is."
