Buffalo Wild Wings ‘GO’

"Came in for a to go order and was told it was almost ready. The employee proceeded to be on her phone for over 20 minutes. When I asked about my food she acted like she didn't know who I was then told me not to come back. I got home and was missing a whole order of fries and wings. Can't get a phone call through. Horrible location."

"Asked for celery and carrots, only got celery and it wasn't edible cause it had brown all over em. Ordered 20 boneless wings and only got 18 and not sauced very well. Pretty disappointed cause I'm working 12 hours today"

"First time ever being in a 'GO' version of BWs. I ordered 10 wings extra crispy. I see a lot of bad reviews for this place but I didn't think it was bad. My wings were extra crispy like I asked. The only disappointing part was that some of my wings were really small. I had two that I probably wouldn't have even counted, or counted the two as one at the very least. But other than that they were pretty good."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been hesitant on ordering because of all the other negative reviews but I figured I’d give it a shot because who knows. Biggest mistake ever. We got the 20/20 bundle but only received 10 boneless and 15 traditional so 15 missing wings. They also forgot an entire large fry that I ordered in addition to the bundle. When I called to get it refunded, the lady named Tara told me that once the order is placed, it is automatically routed to DoorDash even though I ordered through their website. It doesn’t show on my DoorDash to get a refund but they would not give me one from the store either. I was then told if I'm signed in on the website, I can check my order history and figure it out from there however, I wasn’t signed in. She said she doesn’t know then. When my boyfriend called back she explicitly told him “once the food leaves the store, it’s not their problem” despite their staff forgetting the items. Forget the fact that the food was complete garbage. There was no seasoning on my wings at all (lemon pepper dry rub) and the hot BBQ was not hot BBQ. In hindsight, I should have listened to all the negative reviews! Do not eat here!! No accountability whatsoever."
