"Whenever I visit they never have what you want. I went in today and there was no sauces or honey, or side dishes. They never have tea and they run out of chicken. This is complete and total garbage. It really sucks because I love this place. But I don't see them lasting. Half the time they aren't even open."
"This is thee worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I drove 45 mins from cleveland for them to have 4 people on staff that I could see and the lady that opens wouldn’t unlock the door because someone knocked. Not banged on the door. She looked very unsanitary talking over the food even touched it bare hand. Then when someone said something she started using the same glove she took cash payments with on the biscuits. Huge disappointment driving all this way."

"We ordered a 10 piece leg & thigh box with fried okra, biscuits & jalapeño peppers. The wait time was not long and the food was good and hot. I think all of the items were reasonably priced. We will definitely return here to try more items."
