McDonald's

"Absolutely the worst service from a McDonald's ever. I go in stand-in line for close to 10 minutes, and nobody comes to take orders. I asked an employee in the back if anyone was taking orders? They said "No just use the kiosk," and walked away! So I will go to a different restaurant! Sad the way service is going."

"My family and I went here for breakfast and to play in the play place. We got inside and the manager, rudely and very loudly said, "We understaffed, I don't have time to help you. Order at the kiosk or go through the drive thru." We came primarily for the play place so we ordered through the kiosk. We sent the kids to the playground but it was locked. My daughter came back to the counter and said to the manager, when she came back in view, "excuse me ma'am..." The manager cut her off and yelled "I know it's locked. We understaffed and I need to get the key. I'll get to you whenever I can." And walked away again. 5 minutes later we're still waiting for our food. She came back into view and saw us still standing there. She snapped at me and said "We understaffed. I ain't opening the playground." I got mad and told my wife and kids to go to the car because we're not going to eat there. I told the manager " I'm sick of you being rude and nasty. Give me my money back we're leaving." She looked me dead in the face, and I'm not making this next part up, and said "I have to go to the bathroom. I'll deal with you when I get out". So I waited for her to finish dropping her McNuggets. She never came back out. My food came up and I told the guy who brought it out that we were leaving and I wanted my money back. He was very polite, refunded me and apologized. This place is nuts. We will never be back."

"Filthy and greasy floor, soaking wet mopped with zero cleaner. It was like walking on ice. THE WHOLE PLACE. Bathroom had a bag of filthy bum clothes left there. Toilet paper left on the floor. Ordered from the kiosk then had to pay at the register anyway - once I got someone’s attention. I’ll go hungry before I ever go back. This is the FIRST time in my life I’ve ever taken the time to leave a scathing review and I’m in my 60’s"

"Absolutely horrible. The wait time is like 30 minutes in line, fine. But the girl that was working the pick up window at 11:35am on 12/16/23 was something else. She got mad at me for THEIR mix up. I asked kindly to fix the mix up. Shouldn’t be working in customer service if you are going to treat people like that. Had to check my stuff to make sure she didn’t spit in it since she was acting like that. Luckily I don’t live near here but if I did I wouldn’t come back"

"This is my Spicy McCrispy I got for lunch today. I went up to the counter and asked for more sauce and got attitude from the manager. If it wasn’t for the play place I would never come here. The other joke: on the app it says your order will take 2-5 minutes. I timed the last 3 visits and the quickest time was 12 minutes, the longest time was 21 minutes. Flies everywhere."
