"I do doordash for a living. Taco Bell literally called the police on me for not wanting to refuse a customer. I had already waited for over a half an hour in line for four cars in front of me to go. The woman at the window was extremely rude and then called the police for no reason because I said I wanted to wait for the order I attempted to order it out of my own pocket she would not have it she would not give me the other order. It was so extremely important to get me out of the line so that they can wait on their other customers yet once I got out of line and the police were there every employee in the store came outside so how are they making any progress they weren't. They didn't want to do their jobs especially the lady at the window. I was in food service for over 20 years before this it takes 16 minutes - 16, for a full fried chicken dinner, yeah they could not put some pre-made beef into a tortilla after over half an hour this was ridiculous and lazy. Way to get that good customer service go you Taco Bell. So therefore, I told both of their customers what they did. I hope they lose business this was very bad business for them to be acting like this. Because I didn't want to get at the back of the line when I had already waited in the line. I said I wanted to wait I even ordered to pay for the food out of my own pocket and they refused. The whole thing over all was just laziness. If you're looking for good food good service don't go here. Have they given me zero as an option for the rating, I would have chosen that instead of the one."

"Shoutout to Austin Y. What great customer service. Was very polite, even asked me how my day was going first thing when I got up to the ordering screen. He ended it by telling me to have a great night. Someone promote this man."

"They are getting better all the time here. The chips used to have a funky taste like they were old or stale but they seem to have rectified that. Was just there again last week and the food and service was much improved over over last visit."

"Now I've always been a die hard Taco Bell fan. In fact, when I heard they were bringing back the chili cheese burrito. I felt like I was a child again and my adult worries about finances and making it in this cruel world were a lot easier to deal with. I love trying new things and today I tried the new grilled cheese nacho fries, and they were great except for one, perhaps minor detail. I counted approximately six fries and maybe two bites of ground beef. They did awesome with the cheese. I just thought it was an order and not a sampling. Everything else is great, which is why there's four stars here. This taco bell rocks and the chill folks inside are speedy, efficient and I don't regret what I ate about 45 minutes later. My chili cheese burritos were fantastic. My kids were happy with their tacos, not a single tomato or piece of lettuce on any of them. The hubby was happy with what he got as well, even though he doesn't do spicy food, but that's neither here nor there. Love the grilled cheese nacho fries. I am unsure if the portion size that I got is normal, and if it is, take note that you get less french fries than any three or four-year-old worth their salt can shove in their mouth at once and you get less meat than you would typically put on four tortilla chips. Love the melted cheese though! Totally coming back just not getting the grilled cheese nacho fries again, they played with my emotions."

"This Taco Bell is the best location I’ve ever went to. The Staff is friendly and engaging. Your order is correct and fast. I placed a huge $80 (I felt a little bad for doing )order and with in 10 minutes it was ready to go and they were very thankful and happy to serve. Even offered to help me carry it to my car witch I declined so that they could continue to serve the other customers they had. Great store ,Great leadership. Thank you for being GREAT !"
