Panera Bread

"I ordered on the Kiosk and to her credit the employee went right into action. My order was done in about 5 minutes. The problem is that I paid $21 for 12 of the most stale bagels I've ever purchased at Panera. It was about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Not sure what the shelf-life policy is, but these were either made very early that morning, or possibly even the day before. Disappointing especially at that price. Also, no option to have them sliced (either via the Kiosk or verbally). Also, in the olden days, I would be given the baker's dozen option. Guess that is gone, too."

"My first time visiting Panera! I heard a lot about their soups, and honestly it didn’t disappoint me, the squash soup and creamy tomato soup was so hot and delicious for the cold weather!"

"Ordered a grilled cheese with extra cheese, I thought it would be a slice or 2 extra. Revived this sandwich with a block of cheese. I called and spoke with the manager, Alyssa or Melissa her name may have been. I told her what happened and she told me that their sandwich comes with 8 slices of cheese and extra means 16 slices. I told her no where on the menu when ordering does it specify extra cheese would equal 16 pieces. She told me they just did their job and that she could give me a half grilled cheese free when I come in next, I told her that is not acceptable and I want a refund as I cannot eat this. She placed me on hold and came back to tell me she talked to the manager above her and they won’t do anything for me because I ordered extra cheese, I asked for corporates number and was told she doesn’t know it I told her they definitely have the number there and I needed it she told me um we don’t and I don’t know it. Such a joke."

"Worst Uber delivery order EVER…. You think Panera would get it right! Not at ALL! Spent $75.00 and we had missing sandwiches, a chicken sandwich ordered had NO chicken in it, The begets were thrown in the bag laying in pieces everywhere. Worst company EVER, with no pride in their work at ALL! Oh and MELISSA THE “SHIFT MANAGER” could care in the least! Good luck to you."
