Popeyes Louisiana Chicken

"Ordered my food on the App. The drive thru was extremely slow even with only 3 cars in line. Over a 30 minute wait. Drive thru speaker is hard to hear staff member. Manager or staff member was very unfriendly. Staff seemed not to care or have any urgency. On top of that the food quality was terrible and my Spicy Chicken sandwich was a Bacon Sandwich, really? Save your money and go to Chic-Fila. Do not go to this Mentor location waste of time and money."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience was awful. I was told my complaint would be escalated and it wasn’t. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding my experience. I was served old chicken. It may have even been over cooked but either way it was not edible. I’m disheartened as I would’ve liked for this to be my last resort. I hope others have a better experience."

"We have made two attempts to eat from this location. Finally we were able to order. While staff was polite and courteous. They ran out of fries while they had is waiting for shrimp to be cooked. When I was about to call and check, a team member came out to talk to us. The chicken sandwich was smothered in so much mayo that I could not even taste the chicken. So, I still don't get all the hype. I will ask for mayo on the side or light mayo, next time. Or just stick with the shrimp."

"By far the worst experience I ever had. Employees just talk to each other the whole time and say I can't wait to leave. They don't listen to customers request and dismiss customers request w smart remarks. As an executive in retail i would literally visit this location and find out why the whole team isn't running the mission statement Popeyes represents. Not to mention they stated to me and other customers "you gonna have to wait maybe like 30 min when no other customers are in the location. Zero Pride or work ethic!"

"Decent chicken sandwich. Definitely not better than chick fil a. Bun was cold. Should probably toast or heat that. Pickles were tasteless. Brand new restaurant, but it just felt dead inside."
