"Last night there was an incident in the parking lot. It was coming to closing time and I had called the store to ask if they could still make my burrito as I found a way to pull around the situation that was occurring and they did in fact make my burrito and completely comp my order for the inconvenience.10/10 the two people on 01/12/24 a blondish gentleman and a brunette female deserve recognition!"
"My boyfriend and I are from Canada and we thought we could get a cool menu at an American Taco Bell. The people who served us were unnecessarily rude, and the bag we recieved had everything but our order. We tried to eat our food and it was absolutely doused in salt, I am a salt lover but this was intentionally way too much. NEVER GOING TO AMERICAN TACO BELL AGAIN!"
"Literally the only location I will go to now. The staff is absolutely fantastic, food is great almost every-time I go. So refreshing for any restaurant to have such a fun and personable group of employees it becomes contagious for the customers. I drive out of my way some days just to visit this location over others."
"I'd give nothing if I could.... I waited 10mins just to pay after confirming order on the kiosk. Then rude so I got rude but felt bad so used sir as respect!!! I order two Chipotle ranch burritos EXTRA CHICKEN barely any meat and a steak quesadilla EXTRA MEAT it was so thrown together and way small plus less meat then the normal ones have!!! Very disappointed. So for the next month of so my crew and I are here to work we will not be coming back!!"
