Chipotle Mexican Grill

"The burrito was delicious highly recommended. Double wrap burrito with carne asada steak and chicken with queso Vegetables and corn and diced tomatoes and cheese also cant forget the chipotle hot sauce. The meats where fresh and the stuff were really nice. Very clean and organized. There was no line. I will definitely be back soon next time im in mentor."

"At 8:30 at night food should not be cold and looking dried out. Plus having all them dirty dishes stacked up where customers can see it was absolutely disgusting. Workers standing around the back talking when there's a long line they need to be talked to about work ethics."

"Came home to eat and found the finger tip of a latex glove in my salad bowl. Staff was not interacting with customers but talking loudly about their dating lives. Man cooking rice was swearing every other word about how hot the rice was. Every counter top was full of scraps of food. Absolutely terrible."

"What happened? This used to be the best Chipotle. But since they moved into there new building the quality has gone downhill quickly. The never seem to have fajita, and today I got one clump of meat and fat for my bowl."

"Where do I begin? Actually looking at the pictures I took yesterday I’m embarrassed to say I ate here. I witnessed some of the filthiest conditions. Staff was friendly and all but I really think each of them had enough time to step up the cleaning of this restaurant and help get this location cleaned up & wiped down! So many company and health violations. Food temp was off I was so disappointed I left. This is not the Chipotle that I love. I’ll let my pictures finish the rest of my review."
