"The food is usually decent, but this last time, we ordered a regular crust pepperoni pizza online, and when we went to eat it, the pizza crust was thin, doughy, greasy and undercooked, so it fell apart when picking up a slice. The pepperoni was very, very crispy, but we didn't mind that as much. Overall, the pizza was basically inedible."

"Went into the store to place an order. Took the lady 5 minutes just to walk to the front to acknowledge me. Finally she asked what I wanted to order. I asked if I could get a pretzel crust pizza. She told me yeah but only online. I stood there dumbfounded because if I can order online why not in store. Took total of half hour to get my food. Very rude people. Will never return again. Laziness their"

"The bread sticks were not fully cooked and the pretzel pizza looked nothing like the picture. Unfortunately I didn't realize till I got home. Had no electricity due to the storm."
