"Awful experience. Had not on one door that the lobby was closed due to staffing and the door on the drive thru side open with no sign. Clearly trying to funnel people through the drive thru, which had a ridiculous wait time. When I finally got to the speaker was told to wait and over 5 awkward minutes later someone finally decided to ask for my order. I asked for a decent amount of ketchup and was given none. No pickles on the burgers and fries were soggy. Disappointing in every facet of the experience and wouldn't reccomend the experience to anyone. Not to mention their prices are 20% higher than any other McDonalds I've been to lately. At least do your job if I'm going to pay more. Awful"

"Good servers and staff. Such hard working girls. Just have an issue when I pay almost $5 for a freaking large fry, I expect my usual over flowing, or at least FULL fry carton. I never get McDonald’s, too expensive now a days, so when I do and when I spend so much money I would appreciate being taken care of. Not skimped on portions. Will think twice before going to this location."

"We started minimizing our visits a few months ago due to declining freshness. The world famous fries are always cool and chewy. Today after waiting a decent amount of time we assumed everything would be fresh and great but were quickly disappointed. The cheeseburger was so old the cheese was rock hard around the bun. The fries were like rubber and couldn't be saved. The cheeseburger price has been raised to a ridiculously high price at this location. I have been to a few and the others aren't charging what this location is. The higher price and lack of fresh food makes me believe employees are being held to strict waste guidelines. I understand higher prices everywhere but when it isn't happening at all locations it means inflation is just being used as an excuse to widen the profit margin with hard buns and heat lamp dehydrated burgers at customers the expense."

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would! The staff does not care about the food , the atmosphere or the customers. Lobby is absolutely disgusting! Kids running around the lobby as if it's a playground cussing and making a mess with no repercussions from staff. Even serving them free drinks before paying customers. Bathroom is not usable! Food is disgusting if you can even get them to make it correctly for you you will wait at least 30 minutes and have to send it back more than once to hope to get it right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!"

"Tables are gross and sticky, Floors are sticky and nasty, flies inside, the drain for the fountain drinks is gross and looks moldy, and ketchup packets on the floor, food on the floors, and highchairs left in the middle. Won't return after today. Absolutely disgusted. All soft drinks are off taste. Absolutely nasty. I cannot believe the Staff claim that they don't hear customers come and and don't know why they focus all on the drivethru and not in-store customers. And the staff is loud and obnoxious and laughing to the point I can't hear myself think. I cannot believe the owner/manager allows this to look the way it does. I warn you, DO NOT GO HERE."
