Marco's Pizza 14121 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111

"I'm a repeating customer here who orders from this location often. Last night I tried to place an order and the promised time online said it'd be 30 minutes so when an hour passed I called to see if everything is okay. The lady picked up the phone and sounded very annoyed, I could hardly understand what she was saying. She hung up before I got to even finish my sentence. Another 30 minutes go by, I call to inquire if it's out for delivery yet, I have a family waiting to eat. She starts yelling at me over the phone saying it's only been 12 minutes (It hasn't) yelling at me and telling me "You dont understand!" and getting a very nasty attitude. Talking upside down, hard to hear. Threatening to cancel my order, I tell her kindly, never raising my voice in return to please leave my order as is. She hangs up and cancels it. I have no clue why they have a woman who lacks the ability to exert control over her own emotional state working as assistant manager. Clearly the most she should be doing is making pizzas, and even then I wouldn't trust her. After reading some other reviews, such as the "lady slamming the phone on the counter" review, I wouldn't be surprised if they spoke to the same lady who shouldn't be in the position of speaking, handling or working through difficult situations. I find it hard to believe she hasn't been fired as im appaled by reading these other customer experinces with her."

"If you want to go to the pizza place, order it and then you can eat it whenever you want. Don't worry about getting steak here because they don't sell steak or baked potatoes and I don't know if they will make it for you..I once got pizza here and I will get pizza again tomorrow or Saturday. Maybe I will get steak somewhere else. This is my favorite place to not get steak. Thank you for pizza food and letting me eat your food for lunch and sometimes dinner . "I ordered a small meat lovers and 6 wings when my food arrived i had 5 wings and 1 of them was ate off of i called to let them know that it was delivered eaten off of and the girl who answered said she was the assistant manager had a attitude told me that she sure no one have eaten it and she was like i can make u 6 little wings but we can’t deliver them pizza was cold"

"Had to pick it up myself because they couldn't get a Door dasher for at least a half hour after it was made. Pizza was warm at best and I don't know if the tip is gonna be returned to the card because it hasn't yet and I didn't get it even though I was technically the Door dasher for myself. The app doesn't even let me sign in because my password expired and it literally won't send me the email to change it so I have to go the long way and be a "guest". The other star is because they do have good food just make sure you have a working microwave!"
