"My pizza delivery was inedible because the dough was undercooked, and after getting the call center 3 times I finally spoke with Elizabeth, the RGM, at the actual store. Elizabeth was so kind and apologetic and got the order remade right away and added a 2 liter for the trouble. I really appreciate the effort she went through to make it right. Thank you for the excellent service!"

Get a grip. Better yet, get a disease. You deserve it. This locations team has always been great and with the order i placed today it was even better than usual."

"Horrible customer service. Attempted to order three large pizzas for delivery from Sean, he said he didn’t know how to deliver to the address I gave him that I should call back after 3:00 snd speak to the manager. When I called after 3, he said to call in another 15 minutes. When I called again they attempted to transfer me to the manager. I was disconnected. I tried back three more times snd by all indications was hung up on, I would have ordered elsewhere sooner but my 89 year old father had requested Pizza Hut. Sean did everything to avoid taking care of me as did the young woman working there, at one point he even asked me to call a location further from my father’s nursing home instead of asking him to take my order. On the upside, we ordered from a different Pizza Hut and my family said the pizza “wasn’t as bad as they expected”."

"Idk if the commercials are responsible but pizza hut is back! Actually the most reliable chain pizza these days. Delivery times are never bad, pizza is still hot when its delivered and it's all very good for when you're wanting a nice pepperoni!"
