Wingstop

"Beware of this store. Very poorly managed as they join the 21st Century Club of Customer Service not mattering. Your order and your money doesn't matter to them as they operate under the notion that they are doing you a favor. Customer Service is dead and Wing Stop is another perfect example of it. They were over an hour late on a pick-up order scheduled 5 hours earlier. When we tried to cancel the order, they would not allow it. Shame. I'll buy overpriced wings elsewhere from now on."

"Super Bowl ruined. Not sure why I keep coming to this place. Yes wings are good but service is better at the Cleveland Sewer company. Ordered a day in advance and yet I’m still sitting here 1.5 hours past my pickup time with absolutely no motivation from staff to move quickly or even provide a time update."

"One of the worst fast food experiences I have had. We waited for nearly an hour in store. Our order was 2 plain chicken sandwiches and a 10 piece boneless with veggies. We ordered 3 ranch as well. After waiting 45 minutes we asked for an update and were told another 15-20 minutes. Countless people in and out of store while we waited. Both online and in store orders. When we finally did get our order, we got pickles on one sandwich, which we specifically requested off, and only 1 ranch. We were made aware the GM of the store walked out on their employees. Really shows a lot about a store when the GM is walking out. 10/10 horrible experience and would recommend to stay clear of this place. I feel horrible for the employees of this establishment. An absolute joke. Appreciate y’all for doing what you could."

"We come here every so often. The food is great and the workers are top notch at trying to keep the customers happy, even though some of the customers are very rude and can't understand that these people are very busy and can only do so much. I enjoy this place every time I come here. I know there short-handed sometimes but they're doing a most excellent job of keeping up with the amount of orders and customers."

"Our experience at this Wing Stop was wonderful. The service was excellent! Despite being busy when my partner entered the store, the employees still greeted him and did so very kindly. They informed him that our food would be a little longer in a very nice way and packed our food with care. The portions were quite generous and the quality was very satisfying. Our food was very warm, even after the 15 minute drive home. Everything was fresh and we were very happy with how much sauce we received. We will definitely be back next time we need our wing fix. Thank you for the lovely experience this evening. This is our new favorite Wing Stop for sure!"
