"Every single time I go through this drive through they never give me any sauce. I've counted 12 times where they specifically ask you what sauce you want, and somehow still never put it in the bag. I'm wondering if it's an inside joke for them to ask what kind you want and you get nothing instead. Like why ask me in the first place if it's "you'll get nothing and like it"?"

"Service is extremely slow! If you have a large order in the drive thru, common courtesy is to keep guests moving and have them move forward and bring their order out when it’s ready… the staff at this location keep cars in lines until their order is ready, even when they’re 8 cars deep. They also frequently mess up the order and forget sauce. Management needs help to fix this location. There is a reason they have 3 stars on here."

"Me and family will occasionally get taco been when we don’t want to cook and every time we go it gets worse and worse the bean burritos aren’t even burritos anymore it’s more tortilla then anything. The soft tacos literally come with the smallest amount of meat possible they get lazier and lazier every time the people are always nice but the food is quickly declining"

"I come here often through the drive thru, and the food is almost always spot on. Today I picked up in store and the restaurant was spotless. i was greeted by a professional and friendly manager who checked on my order and made sure sauce was in the bag. Food was delicious and placed neatly in the bag. It’s not often nowadays that you see employees in fast food who actually care so I commend the staff here."
