"I placed an order for a delivery, birthday party. Never got my order, I called them a couple times- they told delivery is on the way, probably almost there , but the worst thing , 15 kids, birthday girl were waiting and got nothing. I just don’t get it- messed up, okay, tell me, I’ll order somewhere else, why?"

"Terrible process for pick up! I knew it would be a busy day, ordered ahead online, received a noticed order was ready. When I arrived to pick up there was 20 people in a line that was not moving! 20 min later I finally made it up front to be told it would be another 10 min at least! I showed that the online tracker showed order was ready and basically got a shrug and "yeah we are behind, you have to wait in Line" why does your tracker say ready? Upgrade your system and you won't have 20 people in the lobby and no one getting their food! Won't be back! Even little chasers has a better system!"

"Came in to pick up a door dash order and was told that it was only going to be seven more minutes. 40 minutes later I am told it will be another 7 because they accidentally made the order wrong. If the food only takes seven minutes to make what was happening during the other 33 minutes I was sitting less than 3 in front of the counter. Lost almost an hour of delivery time and multiple orders. The Staff are completely incompetent and WILL waste hours of your time just to not let your money walk out of the door, how deplorable"

"They have great sausage, big pieces, that's why I get there pizza. They use ground up garbage sausage on there sheet pizza though. Why? To cheap? At least tell your customers you have a whole different type of cheap sausage you use on sheet pizzas. I would pay extra for the regular sausage. Stupid idea by management, your going to lose customers."

"I placed an order on a Saturday knowing it will take a while to be made. Showed up 30 min after placing. Walked in payed was told pizzas were done and they were waiting on the wings. 25 more min went by still no order. Asked someone they went to go check. Waited 5 more min, asked another person. Then another. Finally someone came out and said they lost my whole order. Remembers making it but it could not be found. Asked if I wanted them to remake the order. Granted this is now 1 hour and 15 min after I placed an order on line and already paid for it. It was $78 for a cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and 1 # of wings. I got a refund and went elsewhere. It was now 815 pm. No real big deal but I contacted corporate to let them know about my experience. It has been a week and a half zero response zero. That's not cool."
