"Waited in drive through for a total of 30 min total—because we could not get out of line. Waited in line 15 with one car ahead of us, one waiting at pick up window and 4 cars behind us. Waited 12 min to place order then 9 min at pick up. If you don’t have staff, maybe consider closing the drive thru. We won’t be back. Too expensive for quality and service."

"Avoid this TB as the workers seem to care very little about what they're making or how they're packing or serving it. Placed an order to go for 5 adults and they placed 14 items in one bag, effectively smashing everything. Definitely NOT the Taco Bell of my youth."

"What is this??? A burrito from your $11 taco burrito party pack. False advertising on your drivethru menu's. This burrito looks as if it was stepped on before putting it into the box. Revisited for a late nite snack, bought a taco party pack and the taco's were halfway full. This is what you give me for $15?? Posted a picture of homemade tacos to give the employees an idea of how tacos should look like."
