"Ordered a quater pounder w/cheese and a cheesburger at 5:58 pm on 2/1/24, was told to wait ar order pick up lane. After seeing many orders delivered asked person about our order, at 6:17 went inside to enquire and asked blue shirted person running the front about our order, she said it was resubmitted and coming. 5 minutes later she stuffed it in the bag, and I told her with my receipt that there was also a cheeseburger at which she stuffed it in the bag and grudgingly said have a nice day. Won't go back ever, what ever happened to fast food? No apology, also noticed another person who had a happy meal return with receipt come back to get a shorted menu item at the same to make order correct."

"Doesn't matter if they are busy or slow, we always end up with the wrong food. Our last order was a small breakfast order. 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and 2 sausage egg burritos. We waited a descent amount of time and ended up getting 2 sausage mcmuffins no egg! The receipt on the sandwich clearly said sausage/egg, so we were charged for it. It never fails there's always something wrong with our order. If not, then our burgers are slopped together carelessly and the cheese is halfway off the burger. Pretty much looks like a 2 year old put it together. I really don't plan to ever stop here again because it's always a disappointment."
"Horrible service and quality. Went through this locations Drive Thru at 06:40pm on Thursday July 8th. My order was missing a large fries, and the 2 fries that did come were only half full. It seems as though they did not want to cook up another batch. The sauce for the nuggets i ordered was also not included in the bag. The sandwiches were also lacking toppings. Definitely check your bag before leaving the window, or just avoid this location completely."
